The address register system is a structured electronic registry system that contains information about both existing and changed addresses. An address is a structured description that unambiguously identifies the address object and indicates its location in accordance with the specified form. The objects of the address register are objects such as region, city, settlement, village, district, neighbourhood, street, alley, building, apartment.
The system is designed for the unique identification of all address objects in a single system. When you enter each address object into the system, a unique identifier is assigned that does not change when different operations are performed on that object (for example, changing the name or affiliation of the object). The system also allows you to determine the geographical coordinates for each address object. The system can perform different types of searches based on the postal address on both the current and the given date, and the results of reports can be presented.
The “Register of Addresses” system simplifies the process of searching for addresses by citizens, legal entities, central and local government agencies. This, in turn, creates the necessary conditions for emergency medical care, postal services, utilities, various technical services, vehicle management, as well as to ensure the efficiency of the system in case of emergencies.
