PROTOCOLING SYSTEM
The protocol of the court session is the main document reflecting the entire course of the court session. In turn, the main information that the protocol contains is nothing more than verbal information (mostly monologues and dialogues) translated into text format. Drawing up a protocol is a responsible task that should be performed absolutely objectively, scrupulously, in detail and accurately – discrepancies are not allowed here. At the same time, it is practically difficult to find a person who would fully correspond to at least one of the above characteristics.
The software and hardware complex “Protocoling System”, developed by our company, is able of recording audio-video files, simultaneously recognize speech on recording synchronously, automatically make a transcript of the meeting, translating speech into text, and making synchronous notes in the text. The software part of the complex allows you to edit the text directly during the court session, in the process of recording. In this way, while using our system, the time for proceeding the final materials of the meeting is reduced, the efficiency of the procedure for preparing the minutes of the court session is increased.
FUNCTIONAL CAPABILITIES OF THE SYSTEM:
- Audio-video recording of the court session;
- Formation of a protocol using automatic speech recognition technology;

- Creation of a protocol with the possibility of automatic application of typical procedural actions to text related to audio and video recorded in real time in parallel with the session;
- Adding the necessary information about the participants in the process to the electronic protocol;
- Storing received multimedia and text files in the system database and providing access to them for viewing, processing, archiving and exporting at any time;
- Ability to export audio or video recordings to a local or external drive;
- The ability to use a pre-prepared structured document template containing the necessary details and issued according to the approved sample;
- Possibility of coordination (synchronization) of the final protocol with audio and video recording and direct transition from a fragment of a written document during its editing and viewing to the corresponding fragment of audio and video recording;
- Creation of a protocol based on the previously made audio and video recordings of the meeting entered into the system.
