“SAFE REGION” SYSTEM
The “Event Recording” subsystem records events based on information received from sources such as Call Center, Alarm Clock, Video Surveillance and Call Center.
FUNCTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES:
- Registration of all incoming calls to the “Call Centre” subsystem;
- Recording of incoming signals from video surveillance cameras and subsystem sensors “Alarm” and operational communication panel;
- Detailed registration of events (date, time, address, type of event, etc.);
- Determination of the type of accident – explosions, fires, gas accidents, burglaries or thefts, kidnappings, traffic accidents, burning of objects and rooms, terrorism, rape, etc.
The “Event Visualization” subsystem provides the following:
- Placing the location of a subscriber or other caller or device on a digital city map;
- Display the operational situation with an event recorded on a digital city map;
- Obtaining information about the incident area and all facilities located in the area;
- Possibility to establish a route between the given objects;
- Demonstrate the results of complex situation modelling (e.g. intended flood zones or fire spread).
The “Traffic Accident Recording” subsystem is designed to automate and expedite the process of compiling protocols during road traffic accidents. The subsystem simplifies the work of the traffic patrol service through quick and efficient registration of incidents and participants.
FUNCTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES:
- A description of the event on the map by selecting the location or selecting the address;
- Adding information about the date, time and place of the accident, vehicles and participants;
- Presenting the moment of the accident in the form of animation;
- Add photos from the scene using a tablet or Car PC cameras;
- Inclusion of the “Situation Center” in the information protocol on the incident;
- Inclusion of testimonies of witnesses and participants in the accident;
- Adding protocol information to the “Central Data Processing”;
- Print a copy of the protocol on the spot using a portable printer;
- Voice communication support with “Situation Center” and other staff;
- Presentation of a traffic accident as an event in the “Accident Registration” subsystem;
- Notification of the “Monitoring, processing and decision-making of accidents” sub-system after the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents.
The “Decision Enforcement” subsystem monitors the progress of recorded incidents and their consequences. Information on the results of the response is exchanged with the relevant authorities. All event data is processed and transmitted to the Data Center for safe storage.
Thanks to the capabilities of these subsystems, no event is left unattended. Maximum automation of the work of operators takes place, event registration cards are automatically compiled and filled out. Also, statistical reports are automatically generated based on current and archival data on incoming queries, signals, fake events, methods used, and typical response scenarios, etc.
