QUEUE ELECTRONIC KIOSK
Queue electronic kiosk is equipment that is part of the electronic queue management system and is designed for enrolling customers in the “live” queue, as well as for express registration of customers from the Internet queue. This software-hardware complex is defined in the organizations and enterprises serving the population where the above-mentioned electronic control system is installed.
The kiosk allows you to quickly queue for the necessary service and, if necessary, perform customer authentication.
FUNCTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES:
- Select the required service from the list to register for the queue;
- Provide a general and detailed description of the service;
- Provide step-by-step instructions for accessing text, graphics, audio, and video information;
- Implementation of customer authentication using contact and contactless cards for document readers (MRZ OCR) and services that require mandatory submission of ID card, passport or another machine-readable document;
- Printing of coupons indicating the names and services of organizations, serial numbers and the date and time of registration in the queue;
- Automatic printing of coupons for customers who have pre-registered on the Internet and arrived at the place of service;
- Uninterrupted, reliable and safe operation during the service period.
The electronic kiosk helps to create an optimal and fair sequence in the queues of customers who provide the necessary services, prevents the loss of time by both customers and service operators, and, as a result, ensures a significant increase in service quality.
